1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://obfetish.com (the “Site”) you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, have read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, leave the Site immediately. OBFetish (“we”, “us”) may modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Age Requirement & Adult Content

This Site contains sexually explicit adult content for consenting adults aged 18+. By accessing it you warrant that: you are at least 18; adult content is legal in your jurisdiction; you are accessing voluntarily for personal use; you will not show content to minors; and you are not in a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited.

3. All Content Is Professionally Produced

All video content on OBFetish is produced exclusively in-house by our production team. This Site does not accept user-generated content or third-party uploads. All performers are professional consenting adults.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to access premium content. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, not share account access, notify us of any unauthorised use, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Memberships

Paid memberships grant access to premium content. By purchasing: you authorise us to charge the applicable fee; memberships are personal and non-transferable; access is granted for the stated duration; and fees are charged in Brazilian Reais (R$).

6. Credits

Credits are prepaid virtual currency used to unlock individual scenes. Credits: are non-refundable once purchased (except as required by law); do not expire; have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold; are deducted upon unlocking a scene; and unlocked scenes remain accessible in your account indefinitely.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full card details. All sales are final. Once access has been granted or credits applied, no refunds are issued except where required by applicable consumer protection law. For billing errors, contact us via our contact page within 7 days of the transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content — videos, images, text, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of OBFetish protected by copyright and applicable IP laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view content. You may not: download, copy, record, or redistribute content; use automated tools to scrape or download; use content commercially without written permission; or remove copyright notices.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share or distribute our content on other platforms; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; harass or harm any person associated with the Site; use the Site for unlawful purposes; circumvent DRM protections; or impersonate any person or entity.

10. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

To report copyright infringement, send written notice via our contact page including: identification of the copyrighted work and infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your signature.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBFetish shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OBFetish from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
